    Description

      Q(Quick)Window doesn't respect minimumWidth/minimumHeight.

import QtQuick.Window

Window {
    width: 640
    height: 480
    minimumWidth: 640
    minimumHeight: 480

    visible: true
}

      minimumWidth/minimumHeight are just ignored.
      It work as expected at least on macOS, but seems completely broken on Windows.
