    Description

      With QTIFW-1941 implemented and released (13.5.2021) we can improve the creation of the DC online installer repositories by avoiding unnecessarily extracting and repackaging toolchain and image 7z's.

      Affects also QBSP creation, especially for windows toolchains. 

      This task was previously complete for 6.2. Now also bringing it to 5.15.7
