Re-add QQmlExtensionPlugin documentation

    Description

      There's still quite some code out there using QQmlExtensionPlugin. Instead of completely hiding its documentation, we should rather have it visible, and add instructions there how to port to QQmlEngineExtensionPlugin.

      Especially considering that the class is not properly deprecated so far.
