A QtWebEngine build fails on dev on M1 MacBook

    Description

      I was building Qt6.x from "dev" on super-repo which points to qtwebengine on SHA ff540ec5.

      The configure was:

      configure -prefix ~/development/installs/qt6dev -skip qtgraphicaleffects -DCMAKE_OSX_ARCHITECTURES="arm64"

      qtwebengine fails to build with:
