[FTBFS] qtcoap and qtdeclarative have a conflicting target name

    Description

      So long as the top-level build is still permitted, this needs to be fixed

      CMake Error at /home/tjmaciei/obj/qt/qt6-release/qtbase/lib/cmake/Qt6Core/Qt6CoreMacros.cmake:523 (add_executable):
        add_executable cannot create target "testapp" because another target with
        the same name already exists.  The existing target is an executable created
        in source directory
        "/home/tjmaciei/src/qt/qt6-release/qtdeclarative/tests/auto/qml/qqmlapplicationengine/testapp".
