Qt 6.1.0 Android binary size on Windows host increased significantly

      Qt 6.1.0 Android binary size on Windows host has increased significantly when comparing to Qt 6.0.3. Binary size has increased 6-7x on Windows host but not on Linux or macOS hosts. 

      Increase seems to occur somewhere between Qt 6.1.0 beta2 and Qt 6.1.0 beta3 releases.
