TreeView: all key events are consumed and not propagated

TreeView doesn't ignore any of the key events even if it doesn't handle them, preventing them from being propagated.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Click on the treeview and press any button => only treeview logs the key press, parent does not
2. In comparison click on the tableview and press any button => both the parent and tableview log the key press
