Default theme in Gallery on Windows is 'Basic' (expecting the 'Windows')

    Description

      The default theme on Windows should be the 'Windows', but now it's the 'Basic' when running app for the first time.

      Also if resetting the theme by clearing the registry entry, will set the theme to 'Basic'.
