QFormLayout breaks labels without any need

    Description

      When a QFormLayout is set to 'QFormLayout::WrapAllRows' and there are labels with lineBreak enabled then the labels are wrapped without any need. Looks like WrapAllRows is applied after the widget size calculation. A testcase is attached.
