[Cmake] qtquick_compiler_add_resources() does not take OPTION into account

Passing the OPTION argument to the qtquick_compiler_add_resources() does not have any effect.

Please see the attached example project. It's using a non-existent option so it should not build, but as the OPTIONS is not taken into account it builds.
