Linux. Doesn't seem to matter what window manager is used
Description
Open any Qt or KDE program with a toolbar with buttons that show more options on any monitor but the most far-left monitor and Qt will show the pop-out menu on the far-left monitor.
This does not happen if the application is on the far-left monitor and it does not happen on a single-monitor computer.
This basically makes all Qt and KDE programs buggy annoying garbage on Linux.
