Text ending in letter "e" gets cutoff when using software renderer

    Description

      When using the 2D renderer, if the text ends in the letter "e" it gets cutoff. Using font.family: Segoe UI, font.pixelSize 12

      We verified that it's not an anchors issue, the paintedWidth and implicitWidth values both report the cutoff width.

      This is repro-ing on Windows 10, see minimal repro .zip attached
