Evaluate need for and way Purchasing is done towards Qt 6 [Spike]

Evaluate and decide should we bring Purchasing to Qt 6 and if so how and when. Optimal solution would be to turn this in to a module available through Marketplace.

Outcome of this evaluation should be new User Stories. If continuing this API is technically sound please raise back to Gearbox.
