Text of QProgressDialog Box is being chopped

Attached example shows that QProgressBar cuts off first and last part of text.

Same example also displays that Layouts of text and checkboxes doesn't layout correctly (uneven spacing and incorrect centering) when run as an app - but is correct in designer.

This works with 5.9.
