[REG 5.13.0 -> 5.13.1] MinGW x64 and x86: debug build fails to run

    Description

      Install Qt5.13.1 MinGW x64 binaries from online installer, launch Creator and open any of the examples. Run debugger, following error pops up:

      When switching to release mode application works fine with and without debugger.

      Does not reproduce with Qt5.13.0 on same environment.
