Deprecate Qt SAX classes

    Description

      Deprecate the SAX classes in Qt XML: They have a better (and maintained!) replacement with the StAX classes QXmlStreamReader and QXmlStreamWriter in Qt Core.

      In Qt 6, consider removing them.
