Qt.ImhFormattedNumbersOnly won't show decimal point and minus sign on Sumsang Note 9.

Sumsang Note 9 has issue to display keyboard to input float value with decimal point and minus. It just can input the number 0 to 9 and there is no decimal point and minus sign shown on keyboard. Codes as below:
