HTML anchor is being scrolled to incorrect position with Qt5.9 WebEngine

After moving to Qt5.9 WebEngine, we started getting this scrolling issue. Any link with anchor takes us to few lines down from the actual anchor position.  It appears on all ports RHEL and Windows). It appears to be similar to QTBUG-54172 which you guys fixed in Qt5.10. Please confirm if this is the same issue or new one. Also as we can not upgrade to Qt5.10 we need fix of this in Qt5.9 itself. Would appreciate if you can suggest how soon we can expect this fix to be part of Qt5.9.
