MultiPointTouchArea stalls underlying Flickable after grabbing once

    Description

      In the attached sample, once starting a gesture with 2 fingers and getting the MPTA to grab the gesture, the underlying ListView will be unable to flick anymore, and it appears that 2 touch points are always pressed/released at once, even when just one is pressed.
