Research how to be able to run configure for MSVC compilers

Two potential approaches:

• Fetch the information from Qt Creator
• Use vcvarsall.bat directly to set up the environment. Perhaps find them via registry and allow picking MSVC version and architecture to pick the right script and argument to it.
