CSS keyframe animations with filter: don't work

    Description

      Try opening the attached HTML file in the nano browser. The red square should 'blink' (fade in and out) but instead nothing happens and just a solid red square is shown.

       

      Works with Chrome 69.0.3497.100 (Official Build) (64-bit), and caniuse.com reports this as working even back to Chrome 65, so I'm surprised that this fails to animate in QtWebEngine.
