TableView: implement support for row and column span

    Description

      Implement support for setting row and column span.

      • QAIM has a span() function which is documented to not be in use. Investigate if this should be supported.
      • QTableView has a setSpan() function. Should cell span also be set/declared as a part of the TableView API, or should this come from the model?
