Productize Embedded device Qt performance test set

As a customer I would like to have a test set that can be used to evaluate hw performance from Qt point of view before committing to specific hw. Created benchmark test set should give easily interpretable result of the capabilities of the tested hw when used with Qt.

The purpose of embedded Qt performance test set is to provide customers an easy way to see how Qt performs on a particular device. These tests include basic measurements (e.g. how many Scene Graph nodes can be displayed at once) and could include some common and uncommon use cases which would give a good idea to a customer how well the device performs in these use cases. Currently, the test set only covers GPU performance measuring.

To productize this, we could also create a database which would hold scores for different devices. Customers could browse this database and find devices that initially would suit their needs before making further tests.
