Demo Launcher Graphical Effects app menu overlayed with title bar

Demo Launcher Graphical Effects title bar overlays with app itself. The app is full screen under the title bar, see attached video. Instead, the app should be full screen under the title bar, or the app layout needs to be adjusted to leave room for the title bar.
