Designer uses incorrect cursor location in Edit Signal/Slot mode

When editing signals/slots in designer, the mouse cursor seems to be offset by some positive amount in both x and y axises.

The attached screenshots show how the cursor is required to be offset in order to hit the highlighted UI element.

The issue also extends to the signal/slot arrows drawn between objects.

Issue observed in Windows 10 x64
