Description
Hello,
the gLabels project [1]is currently switching from GTK-3.x to Qt-5.x. We were using the Gnome infrastructure over many years where localized user manuals were standards all around.
Now we are looking for a new Qt-based solution, and Qtassistant came closer... Besides an ancient way using XDG_BROWSER, but this is not the best choice. But I haven't found anything in the online docs how to handle localized HTML files, obviously Qtassistant doesn't support them, or am I wrong? Some clarification would be very welcome.
If I'm right, it would be nice to support such translated manuals, to reach the same level like Yelp, the Gnome help browser, or the KDE help center. Maybe the missing locale support is one of the reasons that Qtassistant is barely used outside the Qt documentation itself...?
