files missing from offline installer package

    Description

      'win32interrupt.exe' and 'win64interrupt.exe' are missing from the Qt Creator 4.5.1 that comes with the qt-enterprise-windows-x86-5.10.1.exe package.

      qt-enterprise-windows-x86-5.10.0.exe seems to suffer from the same issue.
