Unable to build 5.6.3 webkit (not generating config.h?)

    Description

      I was able to build Qt 5.6.2/WebKit 5.6.2 (from the community releases folder) in the same environment but for some reason  WebKit won't compile with Qt 5.6.3. Qt itself compiles just fine but for some reason I think a needed config.h isn't being generated or has moved, WebKit's config.log doesn't reveal anything.

      Qt doesn't even recognize the qtwebkit git/5.212 so it skips over it entirely.
