bic and symbols test blocks chromium 60 integration

Chromium 60 base requires glibc > 2.16 , this means that build has to be skip in ci on RedHat LinuxRHEL_6_6x86_64GCC

It is done in https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/c/204029  , however change can not be integrated since bic and symbols test

will try to execute and fail.
