qdoc: Accept multiple \since commands

QML types / methods / properties should document both the QML import version in which they were added, as well as the associated minor Qt version.

Currently, the \since command can be used only once for a topic. You can pass any string as the argument, but allowing multiple commands would mean that the API Changes documentation for a Qt version is kept up to date as well, in addition to providing the QML import version.
