[Linux]: When minimizing a window from fullscreen and then restoring it, it will end up in the normalized state

When minimizing a window from fullscreen and then restoring it, it will end up in the normalized state. Whereas if you do the same via the task bar when it is fullscreen to minimize it, it will restore to the fullscreen state.
