Unify the WinRT mkspecs

    Description

      The base MSVC mkspecs were unified in 4d9fbb33458c82aaf37d9712495a0653aae70533.

      The WinRT mkspecs should follow suit (currently the qmake.conf files are identical across MSVC 2015 and 2017).

      Yet, it has to be identified if it's as simple for WinRT, as we are in a cross compilation setup here, and there are also behavior differences between the platforms (also in the environment setup).
