Add Google USB Driver reminder to hardware preparation

Apparently users are not noticing that they should install Google USB Driver when using adb on Windows. This results in device not showing up when running adb.exe devices -l as instructed in Preparing Hardware section. Maybe a reminder should be written that Windows users check that Google USB Driver is installed and the device shows up in Device Manager.
