Scrolling bug in WebView, QtWebEngine

    Description

      Bug can be reproduced only with trackpad on Mac OSX.
      Open a long web page and try to scroll it with trackpad. Scrolling works fine for a little while and then it becomes inverted and scrolls "the wrong way" compared to how i scroll.
      Bug can be reproduced in WebEngine Widgets Simple Browser Example.
      Also we did not see that bug in Qt 5.6, we noticed that after moving to 5.8.
