[B2Qt] there should be an easy way to start bluetooth on b2qt images

Currently the bluetooth service is not running on B2Qt images and needs to be started manually, so that Qt Bluetooth module can be used.
In the future releases it would be nice if it starts automatically or it would be possible to start from the utilities.
