QtPurchase module should be enabled for Win 10/VS2015 for Desktop Bridge

    Description

      Windows 10 supports the conversion of classic Win32 applications to UWP using the so called "Desktop Bridge" [1]. Converted Win32 apps have access to a subset of UWP APIs. This also includes the Marketplace/Store API [2].
