    Description

      Microsoft released Update 3 of VS2015:

      https://www.visualstudio.com/en-us/news/releasenotes/vs2015-update3-vs

      The policy is to build Qt versions always with the latest compiler patch set, so we should build upcoming binary packages now with Update 3 instead of Update 2.
