Cursor is not updated on mouse wheel over flickable

      Run the following code:

      • Put the cursor over the Wait rectangle
      • See how the cursor turns into the wait cursor
      • Scroll the flickable with the mouse wheel to the end
      • You will probably end up in the "ClosedHand" rectangle
      • See how the cursor is still the wait cursor
      • Now move the mouse a bit
      • See how the cursor turns to the proper closedhand cursor
