Windows B2Qt Packaging

The sdk packages that is generated by the windows yocto task are slightly different compared to the unix packages.

Currently the sdk is just a simple zip file where all links are resolved.

We need to integrate that file into the installer process.

Also the flashing wizard and the emulator needs to be shipped.
