Description
When using fiducial tokens on a TUIO touch surface, the token can remain stationary for long periods of time. The relevant information is then that the velocity goes to zero. So when the touchPoint.state() == Qt::TouchPointStationary we still need to deliver the event if it represents a change in velocity, but we don't need to deliver it otherwise.
