Add support for raw FTP commands or add more commands such as MKD and RMD in QNetworkAccessManager API

Current API only support sending and retrieving files. Sometimes it is useful to be able to create or remove directory as well as deleting a file. Deleting a file could probably be mapped to deleteResource() already.
