Description
When moving from one menu to another then it will cause the QQuickPopupWindow to be recreated. This means it will flash as the recreation occurs. What would be ideal in this case is that it reuses the QQuickPopupWindow instead for the menu as this would give a performance boost too.
This can be seen by using the textedit example and using either the mouse or the arrow keys to go from one menu to the next after opening one.
