Windows: Qt::WindowTransparentForInput doesn't work on child windows

I created a container widget (createWindowContainer) and I set "Qt::WindowTransparentForInput" flag for the window. The mouse input is passed to the parent automatically (the window doesn't have any input events) on Linux/X11, but not on Windows. On Windows every event is passed to the window.
