Add MinGW-w64 64bit QT Releases (Windows)

    Description

      Pretty simple suggestion. At the moment only MinGW 32bit releases are supported for Windows. A 64-bit release would be really handy.

      Building the full QT/qtcreator suite is a long and tedious task and a real 64-bit release would be amazing!
