Add ability to check if there is sound played in QWebEngineWebView

Chrome / Chromium has small but useful feature that allows to determine if current tab contains an object that emits sound.
It would be useful for developers using this module to build browsers to be able to be notified about that so it would be possible to let user to determine source of the sound.
