Impossible to set localised caption in phone's application menu

The application name in the menu appears the same in all languages (as the name of the exe)
In S60 phone, the menu should display the translated name of the application which is taken from its resource file.

(e.g. the contacts application is phonebook2.exe, but is displayed in the menu with a name matching the current language selection of the phone)

Qmake generates the .loc file by putting the exe name in each string for all languages.
