QML: changing delegate gives ReferenceError

If delegate is changed and few items are added to the model it gives following error:

Unable to assign [undefined] to QString" or "ReferenceError: value is not defined"

Attached example reproduces it. Just build and run this little example and clisk on Tab1 and Tab2 and see the output in creator
