Broken links/Assistant TOC entries in documentation in dev branch (5.5) as of 2.12.2014

    Description

      When running 'nmake docs' in a developer/in-source build of Qt 5.5/dev branch and clicking on an entry in the Assistant's TOC:

      The page could not be found.


'qthelp://org.qt-project.qtconcurrent.550/qtconcurrent/qtconcurrent/qtconcurrent-module.html'

      (Note the repetitive /qtconcurrent/qtconcurrent/).
