Qt5.4.0 Mac: Qt examples cannot be opened

    Description

      Download the latest Qt5.4.0 Mac offline installer (tested with build number 71; built with Mac 10.10).
      Install Qt binaries.
      Compile an example application and open it:
      digia@sdk-mac:~/Qt5.4.0_71/Examples/Qt-5.4/widgets/widgets/calendarwidget$ open calendarwidget.app

      Bug: Error note appears. Log attached. Tested with Mac 10.7.
