Description
To replicate:
1. Open a libreoffice component (eg writer)
2. Minimise the window
3. From a file browser or similar, open an lo document that requires a pre-open dialog to be completed before the document will show (eg password protected, csv)
Symptom:
Nothing (apparently) happens.
The pre-open dialog is attached to the existing lo component window, which remains minimised creating the appearance that nothing happens
What should happen:
The minimised writer window should be restored above any other open windows, and the pre-open dialog should be given focus.

Video of broken behaviour (in KDE on the same machine as above):

Severity:
I'm preparing to deploy a 14.04 desktop build (~200 machines) in a production environment which still has a relatively heavy dependence on libreoffice. At this stage, this functionality is a showstopper, and I'm under pressure to consider other Desktop Environments for deployment.
I'm not keen to do this, because frankly, they aren't as good - but especially since the organisation has recently been featured on dot.kde: https://dot.kde.org/2014/02/18/kde-software-down-under
If I could even just be pointed in the direction of specific developers/resources who would be able to troubleshoot/resolve this, that would be enough to get me on the path.
